Lead: As soon as you come to know someone who could buy our products/Services. Please create Lead and must enter phone# (without 0 or +91 or space) and rest of details.

if more than one contact ,Must Add all contacts using “New contact” button on Lead.

Also try to get school website and email address to enter those as well.

Lead will then we followed up and called/mailed to qualify lead. All Interactions are tracked under "Activity Updates" . Create new Notes for each interaction including Calls, Demo and updates.

  • If Customer is interested in our offering move status to : Interested and plan Samples (Soft ) and Demo
  • If Customer is not interested in our offering move status to : Do Not Contact and Record Reason in "DNC Reason" field
  • If Customer yet to decide or not yet responding move status to : Open
  • Once Customer is fine with Samples/Demo ,send him quotation. Create Quotation with one quantity each and send to customer and move status to : Quotation
  • If customer is fine to go ahead, Create a Sales Order from Quotation and Send Sales order to customer for acknowledgment and Move the Status to : Converted (Lead is moved to Sales)
  • If Customer doesn't like cost , he may go though multiple price negotiations. Post that also if he still doesn't want to buy move status to : Quotation Lost and Record Reason in "Lost Reason" field.

During Customer interactions , try to find which Products , Services ,Class and Exams customer is interested and Income Segment and fill those in Lead


During interactions based on customer interest set Customer Rating as follows:

No star or 1*: customer is not interested. Or No target student

2*: Customer is little interested and may need lots of time to convert

3*: Customer has potential target and may be interested if pushed

4*: Customer is interested and agreed to buy but follow up is needed

5*: Large customer or group and potential revenue is over 10L and very interested
