Shared Mailboxes : Used for any External Communication
- Management@qsarthi.com : Management Team of qSarthi includes NKY, Rajesh. To be shared with Customers for any escalations. Copy in all important mails.
- Operations@qsarthi.com : Operations office. Anything related to operations should be sent to this mail id
- Business@qsarthi.com : Business Development Department . Tell this to every customer to each us for any business opportunity and Pre-Sales Support. It is must to copy in all the messages to be sent to any customers (like estimates, quotes, soft copy samples etc) except for Post sales support related issues.
- Support@qsarthi.com : Customer Support Department. This is post sales support. Tell customers to use this to reach us for any support, Technical , Setup , Access issue etc. Note: Currently All mails from
- Supply@qsarthi.com : Supply Chain Management Department. All the Stock management, Shipping and Delivery . Any kind of issues in delivery, delay, missing books etc.
- Development@qsarthi.com : R&D Department. All the custom content related mails and tracking must be done using this group. Avinash mainly handles this part
- Finance@qsarthi.com : Finance Department. All the customer bills, Printing PO and Invoices, Expenses Claims, Customer Payments, Logistics Payments , Any new purchases, Refunds etc to are handled by this department. Customer may send any finance related mail to this mail id. qSarthi team will send Payment Reminders, Bills using this mail group.
- Legal@qSarthi.com : All the legal documents like Agreements, Contract, NDA, MoUs , IP right claims are handled by Legal department.
- Careers@qsarthi.com : All the Job applications are handled by this group. To be used in all Job advertisements.
- Technology@qsarthi.com : IT and technology related queries should be sent to this mail id.
- designs@qsarthi.com : All design files logo shoule be sent to this mail id.
These shared mailboxes can be seen in outlook .While Replying please select right mail (Send from:) and ensure you copy the required group mail id in CC if missing.
MS TEAMS Groups:
Each of the shared mailboxes has a corresponding MS TEAM setup. MS team is used for chat/call/tracking etc.
These Groups will appear in Outlook under Groups folder. You can access all shared mailboxes mails from Groups Folder .
