qSarthi - Employment Terms

Working Hours: Standard working hours will be Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During these hours, we expect you to bring your best to the role, contributing to the success of our projects and the overall mission of the company. Sundays will be your weekly day off, and you will also be entitled to public holidays as per our company policy. Please note that the company may adjust working hours based on operational needs. It is essential that you maintain a minimum of 9 working hours per day. If you work less than 8 hr but more than 4:30 hrs it will be considered as Half day . If you work less than 4:30hrs these will be only considered for compensatory hours.

Leaves:  You are entitled to one weekly off and one Casual leave per month . Along with it 0.5 Earned leaves. If you work on holidays based on request by Management, we may award compensatory off for that.  If you take leave , you must inform in All-Staff WA group in advance . In case of emergency , it is ok  to not inform.  If you take leave without informing it is always considered as "Loss of Pay" even if you had leave in balance.

Commitment to Work : We expect you to give your 100% to your role at qSarthi. Engaging in any additional employment or "moonlighting" during your tenure with us is strictly prohibited 

Confidentiality : All company information, including your salary, is confidential. You are required to maintain this confidentiality and not disclose such information to others.

Data Security: Data security is a mandatory responsibility for all employees. Sharing, copying, or forwarding any qSarthi content without authorization is strictly prohibited. You are now alloed to use Social Media , WhatsApp, Google Drive etc on Company systems. You must not share any files on WhatsApp etc . If you become aware of any data theft or breach, it must be reported to management immediately. Any violation will result in severe financial penalties, immediate suspension, and strict legal action.

Integrity and Transparency : Please refrain from offering or accepting any form of bribe or indulging in any corrupt practices. Engaging in such activities is strictly prohibited and could result in severe disciplinary action, including immediate termination and legal consequences. If you encounter any form of corruption or unethical behaviour, it must be reported immediately to supervisor or the founders.

Respect and Collaboration: We believe in mutual respect and a collaborative work environment. You are expected to respect your colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
